Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the order is completed and the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Digital products are non-tangible items and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Once the file is sent, accessed, or downloaded, it becomes part of your digital library.

Therefore, Educlod does not offer refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered.

Non-Refundable Products

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods once:

The order is confirmed

The product has been sent

The download link has been delivered

The product has been accessed or downloaded

After reviewing your case, if your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
